What should a new driver understand about the relationship between the general CDL knowledge test and the separate HazMat endorsement test?

Pick an answer

2. Passing the general test automatically grants the HazMat endorsement
3. The HazMat test is easier because it covers less material overall
4. They test the exact same material, just presented in a different order and format on the exam itself, a guess that does not match how the regulation is actually written
